The magnesium carbonate produced by the chemical method is decomposed into magnesium oxide after calcination. One of the calcining furnaces currently used is a shaft kiln and the other is a rotary kiln. The production of magnesium oxide by the above method, especially the production of magnesium oxide by the shaft kiln method, not only wastes energy, but also causes environmental pollution, and the product quality is unstable. The dynamic calciner is used to calcine magnesia, and the indicators of the formed products at all levels are obviously better than those of the traditional method.
Product description
The dynamic calcining and drying combined calcining furnace developed and produced by our company is a furnace type specially used for calcining and drying magnesium carbonate. The magnesium carbonate filter cake formed by dehydration is dried by the waste heat of the calcined tail gas, and the dried powder material is calcined and decomposed into magnesium oxide in the calciner. The calcination decomposition time is 3 to 4 seconds, and the calcination temperature is 800 to 900 °C.
Working principle
The tail gas produced after calcining the material in the dynamic calciner enters the Sder dryer, and the filter cake-like magnesium carbonate with a water content of 70-80% is sent to the dryer by the feeder, and the powdered magnesium carbonate is dispersed and dried into the dynamic calciner. In the calciner, the hot air generated by burning coal, natural gas or coal gas enters the calciner, and mixes with the magnesium carbonate fed into the furnace for heat transfer. It is decomposed into magnesium oxide, and the decomposed magnesium oxide is captured by the trap and enters the storage bin.
Technical Specifications
Within the series specifications, the output of a single set of magnesium oxide is 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 tons/year.
